Margaret joined WAC in Summer 2008, bringing nearly 20 years experience as an ERP system reseller. She founded and built one of the prominent ACCPAC ERP and Sage Pro ERP VARs in Michigan, TOPICS Troubleshooters, Inc., which provided software sales, training, support and customization services to manufacturing and distribution companies in the tri-state area of Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. As a business consultant with WAC, Margaret is responsible for the analysis of customers' needs and the implementation of the solutions that best fit those needs. Her area of expertise in manufacturing processes, job costing and Crystal Report brings additional depth to the WAC Consulting team.
