WAC Premier Daily Monitoring
Automated remote support is a free service offered to customers who subscribe to either our Software Support Plan or Hardware/Network Support Plan. WAC will configure your system to send daily status reports such as back-up logs, email alerts, reindexing logs, etc., to our office. We will check these logs daily and alert you via email or phone if any problems exist. Examples of these services include review of the nightly back-up log, review of nightly re-indexing log or review of any other Pro Alert automated service.
