New Year Resolutions - Here are ours, what are yours?

The WAC Consulting Group is gearing up for 2008 with a number of initiatives aimed at providing a greater level of service to our clients. "How is that possible?", you're asking yourself!

In all seriousness, we are preparing new service offerings to assist you to make better informed decisions about business technologies, to help you achieve increased familiarity and proficiency with your current systems, and to arm you with information you can use for your strategic planning.

New Year Resolution #1: We will roll out a new schedule for our in-house training sessions on January 2nd. Classes will be limited to 6 participants in order to allow extensive hands-on experience for everyone. The goal of each session will be to give you tools to bring back to your office that you can quickly deploy to achieve greater efficiencies - and thus greater profitability.

New Year Resolution #2: We will increase our office hours so that you will be able to reach a representative during 10 business hours, regardless of time zone. 

New Year Resolution #3: We will add new solutions to our software portfolio, in response to the needs of several of our clients. As their businesses grow, so do their needs for higher-capacity solutions in terms of functionality, scalability and integration with the Internet.

By keeping our resolutions to just three, we know that we will be able to keep them.
