Work where you are: file access while on the road

Today, people work in many more places than their offices: on the road, from home, from airports, hotels, even while in their cars (but hopefully not driving at the same time!). And they'd like easy access to their corporate files, to their emails, with the least amount of cumbersome steps to connect.

We have that solution for you. It's as simple as launching an Internet browser and selecting the applications and systems you want to connect to from a menu of options.

There's nothing to install on the laptops, which means that your authorized users can access the information they need from any computer connected to the Internet. We'll do all the set-up for you with a secure underlying platform.

Not sure about enabling telework?

Many employees regularly respond to e-mail and work on critical projects
from home. People have formed new habits of accepting and relying on technology in everyday life—regardless of their location.

There's more to remote access than telework; there's  collaboration with partners and communications with clients

Your authorized partners can access the information you want them to have in a similar simple manner: launch a browser and select options from a menu. Your clients can gain access to a customized portal that shows the resources they are authorized to access.

File and application access is customized for each user

This solution allows you to set the policies for which group of users, or which individual user, gains access to the corporate information.
