Speakers for the upcoming New England Business and Technology Regatta 2005 have been announced. Among others, they include:

 

Michelle Erickson, Director of Pre-Sales Consulting for the ACCPAC division of Best Software. Michelle has implemented and designed information systems for heavy equipment inventory control, rental fleet management, production scheduling, and service call management from a time when most companies were making their first attempts to automate their systems. She was part of the team that developed the Pro Series Job Cost module.

 

Chris Bond, Partner and Executive Vice President of Next Level is a dynamic speaker and sales trainer. Developing clients who lack the systems and processes necessary to grow sales is Chris' passion and focus at Next Level. He is instrumental in taking the firm's committed clients to their next level of sales and sales management. Chris will share with us the risks of having too much product knowledge, which is not key to making the sale.

 

Dr. Peter Green, President and Chief Systems Architect, BellHawk Systems Corporation. Dr. Green is an expert in material tracking, identification and scheduling systems. He received his BSEE and Ph.D. from Leeds University in England. He was previously a professor at WPI and a member of the research staff at MIT. He has over 30 years experience in implementing systems for Government, commercial and industrial clients.

 

Sunil Kadimdiwan, President of InfoTrove, Inc. Sunil Kadimdiwan has more than 20 years experience in database technologies. Over the last 10 years, InfoTrove has been focusing on Data Warehousing and Reporting solutions primarily using Microsoft SQLServer database platform. He has architected and deployed such solutions at several companies in New England addressing the needs in quick service restaurants, insurance, financial services, semi-conductors, high-tech, manufacturing and non-profit areas.

 

Carlos Smith, Director of Strategic Sales for the ACCPAC Warehouse Management System (WMS) group of Best Software. His domain expertise began in the distribution field and grew to include the CRM product area as well. Carlos will lead us through a session on how to successfully deploy an enterprise-wide system that provides access to vital customer, partner and prospect information anytime, anywhere.

 

Peter Lopes, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Red Tail. Peter will provide insights into the ever expanding world of EDI and the many benefits of outsourcing a company's EDI requirements, covering everything from security, business continuity, resource focus and cost of ownership.

 

David Harris, President of EC Internet. David is a frequent speaker at key technology industry events. As President of SBT Internet Systems, he lead the company's growth with the introduction of the popular  Pro Series accounting system and the first integrated e-commerce system. He'll present key information for companies to maximize their e-commerce presence and making money online.

 

Alex Beletsky, CEO of Sentri, a company that provides services and technology for advanced Call Center & Communications solutions – enabling intelligent phone, email, fax, voicemail, chat and web interaction management, anywhere, anytime. Prior to co-founding Sentri. Alex was CIO of a major commercial real estate outsourcing and consulting firm and a member of the Deloitte & Touche consulting group.

 

Tap Salmi, Vice President of North American Sales for COSS Systems. COSS is a provider of integrated manufacturing solution for ACCPAC and Tap will review the extensive tools that can help you quickly realize productivity gains, and will share with us key enhancements planned for this and next year.

 

Tony Karwatowicz, President of Data Fabrication. Tony will examine the significant productivity gains to be had with PDF Blaster, a solution that enables users to seamlessly fax, email and archive customer statements, invoices, order confirmations, quotations, purchase orders and more - all without the need for fax servers, dedicated phone lines, modems or additional third party fax software.
