| The manufacturing
software solutions offered by BellHawk Systems focus on solving
the problems surrounding material tracking and control in
the supply chain, including material tracking in factories
and warehouses, mobile delivery, and the integration of data
exchange over the internet. The BellHawk Software has been
specifically developed by the technical staff of BellHawk
Systems Corporation to enable the rapid implementation of
customized systems that provide managers, supervisors, and
operations personnel with the real-time information they need
to efficiently do their jobs.

BellHawk is modular, enabling systems to be configured by
plugging together selected modules from over two dozen options.
This results in a system that will work "out-of-the-box"
and which will typically meet 80% to 90% of a specific organization’s
requirements. The resultant software can then be customized
to provide a system that will meet 100% of an organization's
needs and that can be continually adapted as the needs of
the organization changes. |

| BellHawk Systems offers the following base modules: |

- Material Tracking for stock room, warehouse,
and other material tracking applications
|
- Job Tracking for managing the status
of jobs as well as the labor expended on those jobs. This
module also tracks scrap and rework.
Job and Material Tracking combines job, labor and material
tracking in one seamless module. It is also used to track
the transformation of materials in production operations.

- LabelHawk System is a stand-alone system
for producing customer specific bar coded labels and shipping
documents.

- Asset Tracking System is a module that
tracks and value equipment and other assets.

| In addition to the
specific [STANDARD] tracking systems above, BellHawk has developed
a series of [OPTIONAL] support modules, which can be added to
any configuration based on customer requirements: |

- Mobile Computer (store-and-forward module)
provides robust, reliable, and secure communications over
unreliable data links.
- Data Exchange Module can import and export
any of the BellHawk transaction, status, and interval data
objects.
- Job Step Instruction brings up the work
instructions or diagrams for each job step from a database.
- Machine Tracking enables the tracking
of setup, run-time, and clean-up time for machines and other
equipment.
- Kitting allows the specification of kits
as part number and tracks the picking of materials according
to the Kit BOM.
- QC Tracking provides the capability to
track the QC status of materials and also provides forward
and backward traceability
- Data Capture provides the capability
to capture or test or process data and to associate it with
a specific job step and/or container
- Weighing Scale Option provides support
for automatically capturing the weight or count-by-weight
of materials
- Activity-Based Costing tracks the cost
of each container of material including the raw materials,
labor, and machine consumed in its manufacture.
- Invoicing produces invoices at time
of shipment and allows the tracking of the status of those
invoices.
- Planning and Scheduling
- Sales Forecast Entry enables the import/entry
of sales forecasts by day or week. Enables orders to be
offset against forecasts.
- Allocated Inventory Tracking tracks when
and how much materials will be available as materials are
planned to be received, made, and shipped.
- Lean Inventory Management performs pull-based
inventory management to create jobs and vendor purchase
orders from sales orders and forecasts.
- Machine Scheduling performs manual or
automatic scheduling of machines based on the availability
and applicability of machines to jobs.
- Planning by Simulation generates material,
machine, and people schedules based on simulating the flow
of materials through a manufacturing plant.
